Pay Online With Credit Card

The Simphony Cloud Service does not process GloriaFood credit card transactions. GloriaFood credit card payment amounts are stored in this tender and appear in POS reports.

1. Insert a new tender record with Record Number: 999999 and Record Name: GloriaFood Online Payment.
2. Double-click the record to open it.
3. On the General tab, select 1 - Payment from the Key Type drop-down list.
4. Select the Print Class to make the system automatically print a check when an order with this tender on it arrives.
5. Select the Report Group to which this credit card payment record belongs. These payment records are grouped together in reports.
6. Click the Options tab, and then click the Printing Options subtab.
7. Configure optional settings that are used if the Print Class is not set to 0 - None.
8. Click the Ops Behavior subtab, and then enable 3 - Assume Paid in Full.
9. Click the Menu Levels tab, and then enable all Main Levels and Sub Levels using the Select All button.
10. Click Save.
