Managing Suites Owned

Each account can be linked to multiple suites within the venue, and these suites are included in the event templates used to create events. When configuring an event template, you can specify which suites are assigned to the account for each event. This ensures that only the suites linked to the account are available to that account during event creation.

You must configure an event template before you can manage Suites Owned by the account.
Within the account configuration, you can designate which specific suites the account owns by linking them to one or more event templates. When adding suites to an account, you are prompted to select both the Event Template and the Suite Name you wish to associate with the account.
  • Accounts can be linked to multiple suites within a single event template.
  • You can manage which suites an account is linked to in an event template either from the Suites Owned section of the account’s detail page or by editing the event template itself.
  • When creating or modifying an Event Template, you can select the specific suites (from those owned by the account) that will be available for use in the event. This is particularly useful for venues with multiple suites and varied configurations for different events.
