Production Report
Purpose: Identifies all ingredients required for pre-ordered items for a selected event and helps guide kitchen preparation by outlining what needs to be prepared and in what quantities.
How to Use:
- Open the Production Report drawer from the Reports page.
- Select the required event from the list.
- Optionally limit by Section (if enabled) or Pantry (choosing one disables the other) and Prep Station.
- Select the following options:
- Include notes report: Includes the Production Report Notes report along with the Production Report for the selected event.
- Separate prep stations by page in output: Page separates each Prep Station to make distributing the report easier.
- Download will generate a PDF report based on selections.
Report Details:
- Header: Venue, report name, user, date/time, event, selections applied.
- Grouped by Prep Station (sorted alpha-numerically), each with:
- Ingredient Name (alpha order)
- Serving Size
- Quantity (total per event)
- POS Item Name
