Production Report

Purpose: Identifies all ingredients required for pre-ordered items for a selected event and helps guide kitchen preparation by outlining what needs to be prepared and in what quantities.

How to Use:
  1. Open the Production Report drawer from the Reports page.
  2. Select the required event from the list.
  3. Optionally limit by Section (if enabled) or Pantry (choosing one disables the other) and Prep Station.
  4. Select the following options:
    • Include notes report: Includes the Production Report Notes report along with the Production Report for the selected event.
    • Separate prep stations by page in output: Page separates each Prep Station to make distributing the report easier.
  5. Download will generate a PDF report based on selections.
Report Details:
  • Header: Venue, report name, user, date/time, event, selections applied.
  • Grouped by Prep Station (sorted alpha-numerically), each with:
    • Ingredient Name (alpha order)
    • Serving Size
    • Quantity (total per event)
    • POS Item Name
