Smallwares Distribution Report

Purpose: Details the smallwares (utensils, cups, and more) required for order fulfillment, grouped by pantry or suite.

How to Use:
  1. Open the Smallwares Distribution Report drawer from the Reports page.
  2. Select the required event from the list.
  3. Choose to group items on the report by Pantry or Suite.
    • Pantry: Filter by Pantry.
    • Suite: Filter by Suite.
  4. Download will generate a PDF report based on selections.
Report Details:
  • Header: Venue, report name, user, date/time, event, selections applied.
  • Grouped by Pantry:
    • Smallware Name
    • Quantity (total for delivery)
  • Grouped by Suite:
    • Smallware Name
    • Quantity (total for delivery)
