Suite Preparation Report
Purpose: Provides complete details of all orders by suite for an event, making it ideal for final preparation and service.
How to Use:
- Open the Suite Preparation Report drawer from the Reports page.
- Select the required event from the list.
- Optionally filter by Section (if enabled) or Pantry (selecting one disables the other) with an additional filter by Suite (allowing you to include or exclude individual suites). Select one or more suites (selecting several generates multiple reports).
- Download will generate a PDF report based on selections.
Report Details:
- Header: Venue, report name, suite name, user, date/time, event, delivery time.
- Grouped by Order (order number):
- Order Number
- Account user and account name
- Food Items (bold): name, serving size, quantity, notes
- Ingredients: name, size, quantity, temperature
- Beverages: beverage item, size, quantity
- Smallwares: name, quantity
- Order Notes: any notes added at order
- Amenities: amenities selected
