Suites

This page allows you to view, create, and edit the details of each suite in your venue. The attributes you can manage for each suite include:
  • Suite Name:

    The unique identifier or label for the suite (for example, Suite 101).

  • Capacity:

    The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated in the suite.

  • Associated Pantry:

    The pantry or service area responsible for fulfilling orders for the suite, helping with logistics and inventory management.

  • Revenue Center:

    The specific Simphony revenue center linked to the suite, which determines where transactions for that suite are recorded.

  • Linked Section (optional):

    If suite sections are enabled in Venue Settings, a suite can be associated with one of your defined sections for organizational or operational purposes.

These configurable attributes ensure each suite is properly tracked, managed, and associated with the correct operational and financial resources within your venue.
