User Roles

Users can only assign roles equal to or below their own. For example, a Suite Administrator cannot assign the Corporate Implementation role to a user or edit a user with the Corporate Implementation role. This safeguard ensures that only appropriately authorized personnel can grant or modify high-level permissions within your venue.

There are five roles available to assign to users from the Venue Operations module:

  • Corporate Implementation:

    Full access to all modules across every venue within the organization.

  • Suites Administrator:

    Full access to all modules within a specific venue.

  • Supervisor:

    Limited access to configure menus, manage events, view orders, and generate reports.

  • View Only:

    Access for reviewing menus, events, and reports without editing capabilities.

  • Suite Attendant:

    Ability to manage orders on behalf of account holders.
