Catalog upgrade from Oracle Argus Analytics 1.1/1.1.1/7.0.3/8.0/8.1/8.1.1/8.2 is not available. Use the latest catalog provided with the Oracle Argus Analytics 8.2.1 installation (present at <AN_INSTALL_HOME>/catalog/opva.zip) for deployment.
