My Pending Expedited Reports – Overview
This report displays an overview of the volume of expedited reports that are currently assigned to the user who is viewing this report (My Assigned Expedited Reports), the expedited reports that are assigned to the group(s) to which that user belongs but not to any individual users (My Unassigned Expedited Reports), and the expedited reports that are assigned to other users in the group(s) to which the viewing user belongs (Other Assigned Expedited Reports).
This report can be used to highlight the current, real-time workload of the user viewing this report, the pool of expedited reports that need to be worked on next (upcoming workload), and the workload of the viewing user's colleagues (potential workload if expedited reports are reassigned). Therefore the user has a complete overview of his/her current, upcoming and potential workloads.
