Repeated Workflow States – Volume Overview

This report displays an overview of the workflow state repetition of completed case versions.

This report can be used to highlight which workflow states have been repeated within a single case version. Repetition can be an indicator of case quality (returned for rework) as well as new follow-up information being added to a case version (returned for additional data entry).
