Unable to Sign In to Oracle Argus Analytics

You might be unable to sign in to Oracle Argus Analytics in either of the following scenarios:

  • The Login page displays an Internal Server Error message.
  • You are logged in but while working on something, you might encounter an error and could get logged out.

In such scenarios, try executing the following steps:

  • You can log in to the Console to check the BI Server status.
  • You can also log in to the Enterprise Manager and check the status of all the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition components. Enter the \oracle\fmw\instances\instance1\bin> opmnctl status command to view the status of each component in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.
