Description	Configures the abbreviation that indicates a site is a core site. All sites listed in the LM_SITES table that have the configured site abbreviation are considered to be core sites. In addition, Oracle Argus Insight uses the CORE_SITE value to calculate the value for the Core Receipt Date field in standard reports.
