Prepare for the Database Upgrade

  1. Recreate the Install User of Oracle Argus Mart.
  2. Recreate the Safety RO User of Oracle Argus Mart.
  3. Recreate the DB_LINK_ARGUS manually, from Oracle Argus Mart to Oracle Argus Safety. For more information, see From Oracle Argus Mart to Oracle Argus Safety (manually).
