Upgrade the Oracle Argus Unblinding client

1. Log in to the computer as an administrator.
2. Stop all running instances of the EOSU.exe process.
3. Copy the patch contents to the local server for upgrade and run the Software Path\Argus Safety\Setup.exe utility.
4. When the setup is completed, reboot the server.
