Configure Changes for Oracle Argus Insight RPD Integration
Oracle Argus Insight has introduced an RPD for data analysis of aggregate case series generated using Oracle Argus Safety aggregate reports. Oracle Argus Insight requires preservation of temp table data so it can be copied into the Oracle Argus Insight or Oracle Argus Mart database using the ETL process. When aggregate case series data from temp tables is available in the Oracle Argus Insight or Oracle Argus Mart database, you can use Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition RPD to analyze this data using different dimensions and case count measures.
Make the following configuration changes in Argus Console for persisting the Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher temp table data so that the data can be used with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition RPD:
- Go to System Configuration -> System Management (Common Profile Switches) -> Reporting-> BIP Aggregate Reporting.
- Under the Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher Common User and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher Common User Password rows, add two common profile entries to the system for defining whether to persist data in Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher temp tables, and the number of days for which data should be persisted in these temp tables.
