Configure the IIS File Download Limit

To configure the IIS file download limit for Windows 2012:

1. Go to the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
2. Double-click ASP in the right pane.

   The ASP dialog box appears.

3. Expand Limit Properties and change the Response Buffering Limit from 4 MB (default) to a large value such as 200000000 (200 MB).
4. From Actions in the left pane, click Apply.
5. Restart the IIS service.
   1. Click Start, and select Run.
   2. In the text box, enter iisreset -start.
   3. Click OK.
