Enter patient notes

Click to enter free text notes relating to the Patient. If there is no text data for Patient Notes, from the NF drop-down list, select Null Flavor.

Note:

This field supports multiple language entries. Click a flag icon to enter data in different languages.

Icon is displayed when there is no data in Patient Notes and NF data.

Icon is displayed when there is data in Patient Notes or NF data.
