User's Guide Filter cases with advanced conditions Modify a filter Modify a filter From the Case Actions drop-down menu, click Open. Click the Lookup icon () next to the Advanced Condition drop-down list. To find a filter, from the drop-down list, select an option. Contains—Search the filters that contain the entered criteria. Starts With—Search all the filters that start with the entered criteria. In the text box, enter the search criteria, and click Filter. From the search result, select a filter, and click AC.
