Post-upgrade

After upgrade, take the following steps to ensure that the terms for the Routes of Administration and Formulation codelist are correct.

  1. Verify the terms in Console for Routes of Administration and Formulation Code List.
  2. Check for duplicate terms in Routes of Administration and Formulation Code List by downloading the XLS file from the flex codelist: from the Code lists option, select Flexible Data re-categorization, then select Flexible re-categorization and then choose ROUTE and FORMULATION.
  3. If you notice duplicate terms after upgrade (English text irrespective of case), then ensure that the English text is unique by using backend database updates and the Display attribute of unused term checkbox is unchecked.

    Note:

    The Argus Console codelist displays a single entry for duplicate terms. Modifying the English text for a duplicate term is possible through Argus Console, where it updates text for one of the terms. It may not modify English text for a desired entry and you will have to ensure the internal ID associated with each term after English Text update.
  4. Make sure all the terms intended for data entry have the Display attribute set as Checked and are available through the user interface.
  5. Terms that need to be hidden for data entry should be marked as Display=unchecked.
