User account statuses
Users are provisioned to Central Coding after being created in OHSIAMS. Once provisioned to Central Coding, each user account has a status described in the following table. The Customer Coding User Administrator (CUA) can then update the roles, and workteams for the users.

The user profile is active, but the user has not attempted to log in. Accounts for new users have this status. |

The user has successfully logged in and can access the application. |
)Note:: Besides 'Active Never Used' and 'Active', the dropdown lists of statuses in Central Coding also include 'Inactive Never Used', 'Inactive', 'Locked', and 'Terminated'. However, these statuses cannot be utilized through the Central Coding application, as user are managed through OHSIAMS.
