  • For InForm: The URL for the server where the InForm Adapter software is installed.

If you are using authentication to call the InForm Adapter web services, you must use a TLS connection (https).

  • For Clinical One: The coding service entry point.

If the test is successful, the names of the studies that are associated with the adapter appear on the page.

Note: This button is hidden if the Adapter Type is CLINICAL ONE.

Call AdapterAdmin Interface

Indicates the authentication method for calling the InForm Adapter Administration interface when the Adapter URL starts with https.

Call Coding Interface

  • Both Certificate and UN/PW authentication are supported. By default, Central Coding uses Certificate Authentication, but at certain times UN/PW Authentication is needed when the Discrepancy interface needs to exchange certain data with Central Coding and also with another external system.
  • In order for UN/PW Authentication to function, the InForm user configured in Central Coding must be an active InForm user. Any issues with the user need to be addressed in InForm.
