Copy () icon

Copies the verbatim text to the Other text box for editing.

Reason

Descriptive text about the reason for creating the query. A Central Coding administrator can configure the default reasons, and can specify which reason appears first in the drop-down list.

Copy () icon

Copies the text from the Reason drop-down list to the Other text box for editing.

Add as standard reason

Adds the text in the Other field to the list of standard reasons that appear in the Reason list.

The Add as standard reason checkbox appears only for users who have the Manage Standard Reasons right.

Query State

The state assigned to the query.

• Open—Visible and able to be addressed by an InForm user in the InForm application.
• Candidate—Preliminary query not visible to an InForm user in the InForm application. A Central Coding administrator can assign a query to the Open or Deleted state.

  Only users with the Issue Candidate Query right can create queries in Candidate state.

Auto close query upon coding complete

Closes the query when the associated verbatim is successfully coded and approved.

This option is available only if Allow Auto Close is enabled for the study group associated with the verbatim.

Add to auto query list

Indicates whether the Central Coding application duplicates the query and applies it to matching verbatims that are subsequently opened in the study group.

This option is available only if Allow Auto Query is enabled for the study group associated with the verbatim.
