Editing the work team assignment for a coding request
Assignment rules can route coding requests when the requests are assigned to a work team.
- Select Admin > Management > Requests.
- Select a request.
- Click the View Work Team Assignments button.
The Workteam Assignment page appears.
- Click the Edit button.
- Edit the information on the page.
- Click the Save button.
