Description: The Central Coding application could not find a source application system user.

Solution: Add a system user in the source application.

Description: The verbatim changed in the source application after it was sent to the Central Coding application.

Solution: No action is needed. The verbatim will be updated in the Central Coding application at the next scheduled update.

Coding Value not updated: Page Deleted

Description: The page was deleted in the source application after the verbatim was sent to the Central Coding application. The item could not be delivered.

Solution: No action is needed. The verbatim will be deleted at the next scheduled update.

Value not updated: Itemset row deleted

Description: The itemset was deleted in the source application and the item could not be delivered.

Solution: No action is needed. The verbatim will be deleted at the next scheduled update.

Trial not found

Description: The communication between the Central Coding and the source application was not working at the time of delivery.

Solution: Retry the delivery. If the request is still undeliverable, contact your system administrator.

Code map not found

Description: During an upgrade, the source application created new mappings and user IDs with the same RefName instead of mapping revisions.

As a result, verbatims recoded in Central Coding became undeliverable to the source application.

Solution: If the source application is InForm, Oracle recommends that you upgrade to InForm version 6.1.1. If the source application is not InForm, contact Oracle Customer Support.
