Description

Source Name

The original coding definition.

Type

The type of the original coding dictionary.

Culture

The culture setting associated with the original coding dictionary.

Source Version

The version of the original coding dictionary.

Target Name

The new coding definition.

Target Version

The version of the new coding dictionary.

Auto Reconcile Term Changes

Indicates whether the Auto Reconcile Terms option was selected in the Choose Source And Target Coding Definitions dialog box.

Affected Study(s)

The studies affected by the change in coding definition.

Requests Analyzed

The number of coding requests analyzed during the impact analysis process.

Requests Impacted

The number of coding requests affected by the dictionary change.

Step

The current processing step of the impact analysis process.

  • Prepare
  • Reconcile
  • Update

Status

The status of the processing step.

  • In Process
  • Not Started
  • Scheduled
  • Running
  • Complete

Report

A link to the Document Viewer page, where you can view the results for the selected coding definition in Rich Text Format (RTF).

Description

Rerun

 

Reruns the impact analysis process for the selected coding definition set. You can rerun the comparison only if the Status is Failed.

Reconcile

Ctrl+Shift+R

Opens the Reconcile Verbatims page, where you can reconcile the verbatims affected by the change in coding definition.

This action is available only when there are verbatims to reconcile.

Update

Ctrl+Shift+U

Saves approved verbatim changes to the database. You cannot undo this action.

Description

Generate Report

Ctrl+Shift+G

Runs the Impact Analysis Report, which records the status of the impact analysis and verbatim reconciliation process.

Export

Ctrl+Shift+E

Exports the impact analysis data in a Comma-Separated Value (CSV) file.

Reconcile

Ctrl+Shift+R

Opens the Reconcile Verbatims page, where you can reconcile the verbatims affected by the change in coding definition.

This button is available only when there are verbatims to reconcile.

Update

Ctrl+Shift+U

Saves approved verbatim changes to the database. You cannot undo this action.
