Field

Description

Reason

The cause of the difference in coding between the dictionary versions.

Difference

The element that produces different codings for a verbatim between dictionary versions.

Original Coding Mode

The type of coding originally performed on the verbatim.

  • I—Interactive
  • A—Automatic
  • I/A—Interactive or automatic

Default Action

The verbatim reconciliation option to be selected by default on the Reconcile Verbatims page, when reconciling verbatims with the corresponding Reason and Difference.

  • Accept New—Selects the new autocode result (code, term, and dictionary path) in the New Code and Term column.
  • Keep Original—Selects the initial coding (code, term, and dictionary path) in the Original Code and Term column.
  • Uncoded—Selects the Uncode option in the Accept Uncode column.

    The Accept Uncode column appears on the page only if Allow Uncode is selected on the System Configuration page.
