Component Requirement

Web browser
  • Microsoft Edge 94.0.992.31 or higher
  • Mozilla Firefox 92.0.1 or higher (64-bit)
  • Google Chrome 93.0.4577.82 or higher

Operating system
  • Microsoft Windows 7 or higher (English or Japanese).
  • Japanese dictionary support requires the Japanese Language Pack when running on an English operating system.
  • When you support multilingual data, the files for East Asian languages must be installed using the Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel. The MS Mincho and MS UI Gothic fonts are required for the reports.

Software
  • Microsoft Word or another application to open Rich Text Format (RTF) reports.
  • Microsoft Excel or another application to open CSV files for use with the export function.
