About auto queries
You can configure the Oracle Central Coding application to create or to close queries under certain conditions, for specified study groups, using the Allow Auto Query by Default and Auto Close Query by Default study group configuration settings.
When you use auto queries, if a query is marked as Answered and the associated verbatim is either coded and approved, or deleted, the application closes the query. Also, if you create a query on a verbatim for a study group and select Add to auto query list, the application associates a query to that verbatim every time the verbatim is introduced to the study group.
CROs who manage several customers can use the study group functionality to configure auto query options for each customer's studies.
