  • Active
  • Test

Trial

The name of the study. The Oracle Central Coding application does not support multiple studies with the same study name.

URL

The base URL for the study.

For Clinical One only:

  • This is a read-only field that displays the full study URL (with the study name and mode values).
  • The URL field will initially be populated with the C1 URL as entered in the Adapter field. After you save the study information and reopen the Study Information page for editing, the fully specified Study URL appears in this field.

Study Group

Name of the study group to which the study belongs. A study group specifies auto close and auto query settings for a subset of studies in the Oracle Central Coding application.

The Oracle Central Coding application includes a default study group called System.

PutCodes Client Audit User

A transaction user that the Oracle Central Coding application uses to return codes and approval details to the Oracle InForm application. The Oracle InForm audit records show this user name as the user who entered or modified the coding results.

  • For SSO-enabled Oracle InForm studies, the user name format is organization_ID.username.

This field is case-sensitive and must match the Oracle InForm name exactly.

  • For all other studies, the account name is the user name only.

Oracle InForm Query User

The user name used to create and update queries in the Oracle InForm application. The user name appears in the Oracle InForm application as the user who created each Oracle Central Coding query.

In an Oracle SSO environment:

  • For SSO-enabled Oracle InForm studies, the user name format is organization_ID.username.

This field is case-sensitive and must match the Oracle InForm name exactly.

  • For all other studies, the account name is the user name only.

If the field is blank, the Oracle Central Coding application uses the Query Create User in Client on the System Configuration page to communicate with the Oracle InForm study.

Oracle InForm Authentication User

and

Oracle InForm Authentication User Password

The user name and password of an Oracle InForm application user created to communicate with the Oracle InForm server through web services.

The specified user:

  • Is required only when username/password authentication is selected on the Adapter page for calls to the Oracle InForm Adapter Coding and Discrepancy interfaces.
  • Should have no additional rights in the InForm application.
  • Should be different from the transaction users specified in the PutCodes Client Audit User and Query Create User in Client fields.

The Oracle InForm authentication user details are:

  • Valid only when both fields contain values.
  • Used either for all studies or for the studies associated with a specific adapter.

The Oracle InForm Authentication User field is case-sensitive.

If the field is blank, the Oracle Central Coding application uses the InForm Authentication User and Password on the System Configuration page to communicate with the InForm study.

If the Oracle Central Coding application is uninstalled and then reinstalled or migrated to a new server, the user name and password must be entered again after the new installation is completed.

For more information, see New Adapter/[Adapter Name] page.

Support Query

Indicates whether the study supports query management. This option must be selected only for studies that come from the Oracle InForm application.

Study Locked

Locks the study in the Oracle Central Coding and the Oracle InForm applications. On the All Requests page, only administrators can view the requests associated with the study.
