About reports
To view and monitor coding data, Oracle Central Coding users with a Reporter role can create administrative reports.
Users can produce the following standard types of reports:
- Coded Items Report—A list of coded items in one or all studies from one or all study groups in a specified date range, based on their approval status.
- Coding Consistency Report—A list of codings for a dictionary type, study, verbatim, and coding mode in a specified date range.
- Workteams, Roles, and Rights by User—A list of work teams, roles, and rights assigned to an Active user.
The Oracle Central Coding application generates reports in Rich Text Format (RTF) and saves them to the database.
