About system locks
You view locked objects and revoke locks so that other users can access the objects.
Objects are locked in the Oracle Central Coding application when a logged-on user is editing them. The application unlocks an object when the user is done editing. However, if there is a system failure before the lock is removed, or the user does not remove the lock, you might have to manually remove the lock.
