Perform all activities in all studies and libraries (super-user)

• Log on to the Central Designer and Central Designer Administrator applications.
• Use all functionality in the Central Designer and Central Designer Administrator applications, regardless of team assignment.
• Perform other administrative tasks, such as close a task opened by someone else and unlock the locks held by other users.
