Check for multiple different death dates or patient autopsy completed codes

If multiple death dates are entered into InForm, it is possible that the wrong death date could be sent to Argus. If collected multiple times, death dates must be the same across fields, because, obviously, a subject cannot die twice. Only one of these fields will be mapped to the data series and, thus, sent to Argus. It will be unknown whether the death date in Argus is correct or not. This applies to autopsy date as well.

Action when rule is triggered

This is a Constraint rule that issues a query.
