Right	Permissions
Create and modify sponsors	Create and modify sponsors in the Sponsors workspace in the Oracle Central Designer Administrator application.
Remove sponsors	Delete sponsors from the Sponsors workspace in the Oracle Central Designer Administrator application.
View sponsors	View the list of sponsors in the Sponsors workspace in the Oracle Central Designer Administrator application.
