I can't archive a study or project

If you can't archive a study or a project, one of the following might be the cause:

• The project might contain studies for which you are not a team member.

  Solution: Contact a Oracle Central Designer administrator to get access to the hidden studies.

• A deployment to a LIVE or UAT deployment instance is scheduled or in progress.

  Solution: Archive after the deployment process is complete.
