What fields are defined in Oracle InForm for LNMT?

The following fields are defined in Oracle InForm for LNMT:

Data points to which the lab normal data is returned. Short question and Short question text should include the parameter (for example, hemoglobin – NR).

The refname for LNMT Range and unit textbox should be descriptive enough to be easily identified as paired with a particular parameter.

Note: Depending on the lab design for each lab test, LNMT either sends lab normal ranges into 3 textboxes for Lower limit, Uper limit, and Unit, or an entire numeric and character-based lab normal range into one textbox with the caption “Range and unit”.
