Caution: Oracle recommends that you edit transactions only when no other option is available. You should also have a well-documented process that meets good clinical practice guidelines when you edit a transaction. Editing a transaction will make the Clintrial data different from the InForm data.

1. In the text box, locate the GUID of the transaction that caused the error in the last synchronization and correct the transaction.
2. In the Reason for edit field, type the reason for correcting the transaction and the corrections made.
3. Click Validate to validate the transaction against the MedML format.
4. Click Save.

• Click Cancel.
