Creating a new hybrid study

For a new hybrid study, you can use the Central Designer software to create the trial and the CIS mappings, then create a deployment package. Deploying the package creates the metadata in the InForm database.

Use the Clintrial software to create a study that uses paper-based data entry. Data is entered with the Clintrial Enter module.

If you create a hybrid study that uses both EDC and paper-based types of data entry, the resulting protocol requires modification of the display features in the Clintrial database to facilitate data entry with the Enter module.
