Batch loading

Data can be batch-loaded into an integrated protocol. The EDC subject must already exist in the Clintrial software, through a previous synchronization between the InForm software and the Clintrial software, before you can perform batch loading of EDC data. For both EDC and non-EDC subjects, the DB_ID data values in batch-loaded data files must be assigned the DB_ID of the database instance.

Enhanced screening functionality, within the Manage module, automatically updates the DB_ID values for EDC subjects to 9999. The software validates batch-loaded data that is successfully screened.
