Select a dataset to work with

As an Oracle Clinical One Platform user, your data is available in Oracle Clinical One Analytics through predefined datasets of local subject area type. Choose one or more datasets to visualize related data.

Select the datasets that are relevant to your work and add them to your workbook to begin visualizing and analyzing data.
Once you selected a dataset to work with, make sure you have the appropriate access. For more information see About your access to Oracle Clinical One Analytics.

  1. Review the purpose of each dataset and select the most relevant to your work.
    Dataset Description
    Blinded Subject Events Dataset Use it to analyze and visualize blinded data from events associated to each subject.
    Kits and Randomization Design Dataset Use it to analyze and visualize customized data that will allow you to understand kit definitions, randomization definitions, and dispensation schedules.
    Queries Dataset Use it to analyze and visualize customized query data.
    Study Design Dataset Use it to analyze and visualize data collection design data that will allow you to identify differences between study versions and across modes.
    Subject Dataset Use it to analyze and visualize customized subject data.
    Subject Forms Dataset Use it to analyze and visualize data about forms associated to each subject.
    Subject Form Items Dataset Use it to analyze and visualize data from questions in forms associated to each subject.
    Unblinded Kits Dataset Use it to analyze and visualize customized unblinded supply data.
    Unblinded Subject Events Dataset Use it to analyze and visualize unblinded data from events associated to each subject.

  2. Create a workbook in any of the the two options available:
    • From the top menu bar.
    • Starting from a dataset.
  3. Add a dataset to your workbook:

    Tip:

    Even if you already added a dataset as part of the previous step, you can add as many datasets as you need and you can do it at any time while working on your workbook.
