Can I conserve a kit and re-dispense it during any of the next visits?

Studies that allow kit conservation have two options, conserving kits from either the most recent dispensation visit or from any previous dispensation visit. Your CRA or study materials can help you figure out whether the study allows kit conservation, and if so, which option is allowed.

For example:
  • If you can conserve kits from all previous dispensation visits: In the Reusable Kits pop-up, after you've determined that the subject has reusable kits, you'll see all kits from all previous dispensation visits.
  • If you can only conserve kits from a subject's latest dispensation visit: In the Reusable Kits pop-up, after you've determined that the subject has reusable kits, you'll only see kits from a subject's latest dispensation visit.

If you think you should be able to conserve kits from all previous dispensation visits, but the kits don't appear in the list for reusable kits, reach out to your clinical research associate (CRA) to see how the study that you're working in is set up.
