Check on a late shipment

If a shipment is late, you can check its ship date to see when it left the depot.

  1. On the Home page, determine where to work. For more information, see Access study modes and pages.
  2. Below the study name, make sure the Shipments tab is selected.
  3. If you have access to multiple sites for the study, select a site from the Site drop-down in the upper-right.
  4. From the Filter by Status drop-down, select In Transit.
  5. Locate the missing shipment and check the Ship Date to see when it left the depot.

    If there are no In Transit shipments, that means the shipment has not left the depot yet.

  6. If the shipment is missing or late, contact your CRA.
