I can't sign a subject's data

If you can't sign a subject's data, you have two options for solving the issue.

Remember that you can only sign data at a subject level. To make sure you sign a subject's data completely, all visits of that subject must be completed. With that in mind:
  1. If you tried to sign a subject's data, but there are still visits that are not signed, make sure those visits are complete. Certain visits might be incomplete, so when you sign a subject's data, those visits won't be marked as signed in the user interface.
  2. If you signed a subject's data, but no visits were signed, either none of their visits are complete or there might be something wrong with your Oracle Life Sciences IAMS electronic signature. Try signing a subject's data again. If it still doesn't work, contact Life Sciences Support.
