Mark a kit that you didn't dispense to a subject

Whenever a kit that was dispensed by Oracle Clinical One Platform never makes it to any subject's hands, you should update your inventory to indicate that the kit was never distributed. A subject might not have received a kit for a few reasons. For example, they accidentally left the kit at the site after their visit, or you intentionally chose not to distribute the kit to them.

Want to see how to perform this task? Watch the video below.

  1. On the Home page, determine where to work. For more information, see Access study modes and pages.
  2. Below the study name, click the Site Inventory tab.
  3. If you have access to multiple sites for the study, select a site from the Site drop-down in the upper-right.
  4. In the Search by Kit Number field, enter the number of the kit that Oracle Clinical One Platform dispensed to the subject but that the subject didn't receive.
  5. Select the kit.
  6. On the right in Inventory Management, click Update Kit.
  7. From the Kit Status drop-down, select Not Dispensed to Subject.
  8. In the Reason for Change field, indicate that the kit was not dispensed to the subject, and click Update Kit.
