Run the SAS Job Manually

To run the SAS job for each data extract job manually:

1. Configure Reference Codelist Values.
2. Install the Oracle Clinical database server code on the SAS server.
3. Execute the .com file created in the $RXC_SAS_VIEW directory for each job:
   • Use FTP to send it to the $RXC_SAS_VIEW directory on the SAS server and run it there .
   • Establish a connection to the SAS server as described in the Oracle Clinical Installation Guide and run it from the OC server.
