Lab Reports

The following Lab Reports are available in Oracle Clinical and can be generated in PDF, HTML, RTF, Text, and Postscript formats:

  • Labs by Study*
  • Ranges
  • Detailed Ranges
  • Missing Ranges
  • Textbook Ranges
  • Preferred Copy Groups
  • Lab Units
  • Lab Test Question Units
  • Lab Unit Conversions
  • Preferred Conversion Groups
  • LAC by Lab
  • LAC by Study
  • LAC by Investigator
  • Labs by Study
  • Labs by Investigator
  • Lab Received DCMs

* The Labs by Study Report can also be generated in an Excel-supported format (in addition to PDF, HTML, and RTF formats) when you select Report Type as XDOREPORT.

To generate any Lab Report in the generically supported output formats, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to Oracle Clinical.
  2. From Lab > Lab Reports > select the report that you want to generate.
  3. Select REPORT from the Report Type drop-down. The supported output formats are PDF, HTML, RTF, Text, and Postscript.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Submit Job.

To generate the Lab Report in an Excel-supported format, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to Oracle Clinical.
  2. From Lab > Lab Reports > select the report that you want to generate.
  3. Select XDOREPORT from the Report Type drop-down. The supported output formats are XLS, PDF, HTML, and RTF.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Submit Job.
When Report Type is set to XDOREPORT, the Job Details, Job Status, and Schedule buttons are disabled. The resultant Report file generated is named "getXdoReport" and is downloaded to the browser's default download directory.
