Preview a custom email template

Make sure you preview your custom email templates so that you can check for typos and other errors.

To preview a custom email template:
  1. Along the top, select the Organization tab.
  2. Below the name of your organization, select Manage Email Templates.
  3. Below Email Templates, locate the email template in the list.
  4. To the right of the email template, select Preview.
  5. Review the message.

    Tip:

    Select any links you created to ensure they open the expected content.
  6. Optional: To view the Spanish translation, select Spanish from the top of the page.
  7. Close the message.
A preview of the email opens. The preview is an accurate representation of the message.
If you see any issues in the preview, you can make the necessary modifications as described in Update a custom email template. If you need to make changes to the company logo, contact your Oracle Customer Success manager. That person can upload a new image.
