Change the Study Health Monitor profile values

If you access the Study Health Monitor (under the Navigation menu), you can view details on data loads, transformations, validation checks, and discrepancies.

The Study Health Monitor comes with certain default values set that you can change as described in this procedure. For more details on profile values, see Study Health Monitor profile values.

Note:

The Study Health Monitor also refreshes the data every 15 minutes. If you want to change the data refresh value, you need to run the dmeDashboardSchChg.sql script that came with Oracle DMW. See Change the Study Health Monitor data refresh frequency for details.
To change the profile values:
  1. Open Oracle LSH in your browser.
  2. Log on with a system administrator account. An E-Business Suite screen opens.
  3. In the Main Menu pane, expand System Administrator (not System Administration), expand Profile, and then click System.
A new browser screen opens with several windows open and the Find System Profile Values window on top. (If you lose the Find System Profiles window at any point, click the Search icon in the toolbar or click System Profiles in the Top Ten list.)
  4. In the Profile field, enter one of the following depending on the value you need to change:
    • DMW_DASH_STATISTICS_DAYS
    • DMW_DASH_PCT_FOR_LONGJOB_INF
    • DMW_DASH_THR_FOR_LONGJOB_INF
    • DMW_DASH_PCT_FOR_LONGJOB_FILE
    • DMW_DASH_THR_FOR_LONGJOB_FILE
    • DMW_DASH_PCT_FOR_LONGJOB_XFM
    • DMW_DASH_THR_FOR_LONGJOB_XFM
    • DMW_DASH_PCT_FOR_LONGJOB_VC
    • DMW_DASH_THR_FOR_LONGJOB_VC
    • DMW_DASH_DATA_RETENTION_DAYS
  5. Click Find.
  6. In the Site column, enter the number for the value. For example, you can change the number of minutes used to calculate a long-running job from 60 to 30 minutes.
  7. In the File menu, select Save and Proceed.
