Study Health Monitor details panel
After you open the Study Health Monitor, you can click a study row to open a panel on the right. The panel shows details on the status for each item in the study.
The color of the icon next to each chart reflects the status of the
last job that ran (for Oracle InForm loads) or the status for the majority of data loads, transformation jobs, validation
checks, or discrepancies. The colors show as green (success), blue (executing), yellow
(warning), or red (failure). See the following chart for details on the study health
details.
Study Item (with example icons) | Description |
---|---|
InForm Loads | Shows the last five Oracle InForm jobs loaded for the study. The bar graph shows the order in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and reflects the status color for each job. The height of the bar represents the amount of time it took to load the data. Next to the icon, you see the average amount of time it took to run all Success or Warning jobs among five jobs (in minutes and seconds). It also indicates the number of long running jobs and jobs that were scheduled, but did not run. |
Other Data Loads | Shows the total number of data loads within the last day (24 hours) from systems other than Oracle InForm for the study. It also shows the number of long-running jobs and jobs that were scheduled, but did not run. The donut chart shows the status for the percentage of jobs that loaded. For example, if 90% of the jobs loaded successfully and 10% failed, most of the donut chart shows as green and a small portion shows as red. |
Transformation Jobs | Shows the number of main transformations (Parent) and table-level jobs (Sub-Jobs) in the transformations within the last day (24 hours) for the study. It also shows the number of long-running jobs and jobs that were scheduled, but did not run. The donut chart shows the status for the percentage of transformation jobs. |
Validation Checks | Shows the number of batches and validation checks (Sub-Jobs) within the last day (24 hours) in the study. It also shows the number of long-running jobs and jobs that were scheduled, but did not run. The donut chart shows the status for the percentage of validation checks. |
Discrepancy Queue | Shows the number of discrepancies in the queue and their status of Pending, Processing, Tried once, Tried twice, or Failed to send to InForm or an external system. It also shows the date, month, year, and time (in hours and minutes) of the last successfully sent or failed discrepancy. |
Note:
For Oracle InForm, transformation, and validation check jobs, if a job takes 30% longer than the last successful job and at least 60 minutes to successfully run, it counts as a long-running job. For other file loads, if a job takes 75% longer than the last successful job and at least five minutes to successfully run, it counts as a long-running job.
