3 View data load schedule

You can view how data loads are scheduled throughout the day across all active trials in the Production lifecycle with the Data Load Schedule, located under the Dashboards menu in the toolbar.

Note:

System Administrators can rearrange the data loads directly on the Data Load Schedule interface. For more information on how to edit the data load schedule, please see Modify data load schedule using the dashboard in the Administration Guide.
The Data Load Schedule dashboard is a visual representation of the distribution of data loads in the Production lifecycle over 24 hours. The data loads are color-coded:
  • Green indicates the data load start time.
  • Gray represents the recurring data loads before and after the start time.
  • Blue indicates a data load start time that has been edited by a System Administrator, but the change hasn't been applied yet.

Clicking an entry on the Data Load Schedule opens a panel on the right that displays additional information about the data load, such as start time, frequency, and the average duration of the data load. You can also hover over a data load on the schedule to display the same information in a hoverbox, with the average duration of the data load shown in the gold circle (in minutes).

When the Data Load Schedule initially loads, the page displays the current configuration. Selecting draft from the Configuration field above the timetable displays any in-progress edits to the data load schedule made by System Administrators.

Clicking Statistics opens up a pop-up window where you can see a more condensed version of the schedule organized as a bar graph. Each bar represents an hour time block and the numbers in and above the bars show how many data loads are scheduled within that hour. The same color-coding of the data loads is carried over to this view.
